- First part of presentation on understanding of PBT, the QuARC and associated electronics

- Few discussions in Bari about updated design
- Harry needs to invite Raffy to fusion hub CAD

- Scintillators
- 175 sheets have been sent to Wayne and John for machining
- Now have 183 sheets left in lab
- In future will need 32 x1.5mm sheets for clatterbridge but will require new ddc board with PD's interleaved
- Therefore can use some of the left scintillators for this module potentially? So box up left over scintillator sheets
- Photodiodes:
- Currently have 192 in use - need 256 for 4 modules
- Joe has quote for 100
- Smoke coming from clatterbridge rev b board when testing
- Something coming into the LDO has blown
- Need to check polarity of PDs on revB boards
- PDs on revD boards work except 1
- USB104 2 working, 1 is not programmed, 4th board that was Febian working with is now working
- Board4 no longer resetting but when trying to acquire data and cable is in PMODA it doesn't ready any measurements
- All calibration errors have now been fixed
- Just have a new file that calculates a file of the scaling factors per PD boards i.e. one file of scaling factors per PD board
- For calibration files - reversing not necessary as doing shoot through from both sides
- Would be good for own analysis to have one file for each side
- 1 hex file
- 2 calibrated files
- 2 fitted files

- Fixed discrepancy between TOPAS and FRED Bragg peak for 154.97 MeV pencil beam (due to differences between energy spread definition in the codes).
- Improved agreement between two simulation codes seen now, although discrepancies increase as energy of PB decreases.
- Plotted 2D profiles and SOBP for QuADProBe and DICOM param for run33 in TOPAS and FRED
- Plotted 2D profiles and SOBP for DICOM params in TOPAS and FRED for 3by3 and 5by5 10 Gy box fields - although fields look smeared out
- ICOM beam size is at isocentre - not at source so need to back project somehow
- Planning QuADpProBe paper for Frontiers special edition
