To Do
QuARC
- Get replay GUI working over web and add dual-sided functionality for HEP Xmas day (15th Dec).
- Fix live GUI v3.6 to work with full 8 boards rather than just 6 as it does currently.
Dual-sided readout analysis
- Continue/finalise analysis for PMB paper:
- UCLH and PPTC SOBPs
- UCLH shift comparisons to Trento
- UCLH 5x5 field - individual spot energy and pos measurements.
- Have slides ready comparing scintillator sheet output for Nuvia UCL visit on 2nd Dec.
- Investigate new approach for dual-sided range analysis - averaging A + B PD values before applying QB fit as opposed to averaging reconstructed Bortfeld from A and B?
QuADProBe - Fibres
1st prototype measurements (with Zybo + NI)
- Continue/finalise Trento analysis for PMB paper:
- Double Gaussian-Cauchy fit instead of single Gaussian?
- Residuals between film and fibre 2D reconstruction
- Further analysis of uncertainties
- Single central pixel comparaison between X and Y arrays for response linearity
Preparations for 2nd Prototype with Digital Readout
- Work on LabView programme to communicate with new S17285-128 arrays.
- Put together slides (similar to the Saads for the DDC232) for the signal requirements for S17285-128 arrays.

- Improve statistics for photon output using PD sized scoring arrays (20 mil histories still not enough) or other options at filtering the photon output.
- Start looking at QuADProBe fibre simulation.

QuARC & QuADProBe Geant4 Simulations
- Saads QuARC G4 simulation working and added scoring onto left and right sides
- Get QuARC G4 simulation working with most recent G4 and have PD sized scoring area.
Fibres
1st prototype measurements (S11865-128 analog PD arrays with Zybo + NI)
- Understand Raffy's fibre readout for Trento beam test (will discus when she visits in September) - operated fibre readout with zybo and NI on DAQ express on behalf of raffy.
- Continue to work with Raffy on optimising analysis code.
- Analyse the data from Trento beam test nights 2 and 3.
- Correlate position measurements with QuARC.
- Get film data from Enrico and analyse to compare to fibres.
- Maybe duplicate setup at UCL, if need to establish calibration using LED or laser?
- Get beam data from Trento from Enrico.
2nd prototype preparations (S17285-128 digitial readout)
- Had two meetings with Blake Leverington and Julian Horne from Heidelberg on replicating/adapting the design of the frontend readout system of their fibre array monitor.
- Have so far received assembly drawings, technical description booklet, schematics and slides.
- Investigate from Heidelberg SciFi readout setup and HSMC pin configurations what each of the signals do and how they get inputted in to the FPGA (on one end) and ADCs (on the other).
QuARC
- Learn from Sonia how to operate the QuARC and diagnose any hardware and software issues ahead of Trento beam test in September.
- Analyse the data from Trento beam test nights 1 and 2.
- Correlate position measurements with fibres.
- Continue Sonia's analysis from PPTC and UCLH.
