ABF:

Detector simulations now working:
- Ported from SLC5 to SL6 (Geant4.10.2).
- Bragg curve plot inside detector fixed.
- Can read in output files from MH's Clatterbridge simulations.
Have heard back from Hamamatsu regarding wiring for PMT bases.

Still working with Hamamatsu to provide PMT for single module:
- Supply last dynode stages in PMT from 2 HV PSUs.
- Concern over no limiting resistor between HV and dynode...
