Pulse Generator Settings

  • Frequency: 10 MHz
  • Delay: 0 ps
  • Width: 10 ns
  • LeadE: 5 ns
  • TrailE = LeadE
  • High = 60 mV
  • Low = 0 mV

Measured the number of triggers for 100 seconds. Divide by 100 and then inverse to find trigger time interval. 50 ns/div is the default timebase.

Real-time Mode, 10MHz, Amplitude Measurement

  • 100 ns/div = 42956 -> 2.33 ms
  • 50 ns/div = 43233 -> 2.31 ms
  • 20 ns/div = 44276 -> 2.26 ms
  • 10 ns/div = 44120 -> 2.27 ms

Value in brackets for DTrig runs is the on-screen displayed average trigger interval.

Real-time Mode, 10MHz, DTrig Measurement

  • 100 ns/div = 45061 -> 2.22 ms (2.2235 ms)
  • 50 ns/div = 45511 -> 2.20 ms (2.2011 ms)
  • 20 ns/div = 46260 -> 2.16 ms (2.1669 ms)
  • 10 ns/div = 46249 -> 2.16 ms (2.1705 ms)

Sequence mode used 50000 triggers per file: don’t measure number of triggers here, just the DTrig time.

Sequence Mode, 10MHz, DTrig Measurement

  • 100 ns/div = 2.58057 microseconds
  • 50 ns/div = 1.61644 microseconds
  • 20 ns/div = 1.0426 microseconds
  • 10 ns/div = 949 ns
  • 5 ns/div = 906.9 ns
  • 2 ns/div = 914.63 ns
