* Full 34 pb 3D dose reconstruction of UCLH run33 in FRED using CMOS size, position, intensity and QuARC energies.
** Simulation does not result in smooth SOBP plateau - assuming it's due to CMOS intensity measurements
* Will run a comparative FRED simulation using intensities from DICOM instead and another using all parameters from DICOM
